Canadian Natural Resources Ltd. (TSX:CNQ). Energy. Up $2.65, or 3.66 per cent, to $75.16 on 9.3 million shares.
Toronto-Dominion Bank (TSX:TD). Financials. Up $3.33, or 4.11 per cent, to $84.31 on 7.8 million shares.
Barrick Gold Corp. (TSX:ABX). Materials. Down 65 cents, or 3.12 per cent, to $20.19 on 7.6 million shares.
Manulife Financial Corp. (TSX:MFC). Financials. Up 63 cents, or 2.97 per cent, to $21.86 on 7.2 million shares.
Suncor Energy Inc. (TSX:SU). Energy. Up $1.07, or 2.47 per cent, to $44.39 on 7.2 million shares.

Air Canada (TSX:AC). Up 19 cents, or 1.11 per cent, to $17.31. Air Canada announced new European routes and plans to resume select routes to Japan this summer, in an effort to expand international services. The announcement comes after Japan introduced new border measures this fall that allow all foreign nationals entry to Japan with proof of vaccination or a negative PCR test.
Barrick Gold Corp. — Barrick reported a drop in its preliminary output for the third quarter and said it expects full-year gold production to be at the lower end of the range it previously forecast. The company attributed the fall in the third quarter to lower production from its Veladero, Carlin and Turquoise Ridge mines.
