NORTH DUNDAS, Ontario – On Oct. 25, 2018, members of the Community Street Crime Unit (CSCU), Emergency Response Team (ERT) and SD&G OPP officers executed a Criminal Code Search Warrant at a property on Timmins Rd., North Dundas Township. This resulted in the seizure of multiple power tools, ammunition, crossbows and air pistol handgun.
Philip Moyes, 37, of North Dundas, Ontario was arrested and charged with;
– Careless use of firearm, weapon, prohibited device or ammunition
– Fail to comply with conditions of a recognizance (4 counts)
He was released and scheduled to appear in Morrisburg court on Dec. 4, 2018.
A female was also arrested at the location on a warrant from Ottawa Police Service,
Misty Hamelin, 37, of North Dundas, Ontario was taken into custody and transported to Ottawa Police Service.
