Murder charge laid in death of Chesterville man

WINCHESTER, Ontario – On Thursday, May 31, 2018, members with the Stormont Dundas and Glengarry (SD&G) Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Crime Unit, under the direction Detective Inspector Jim Gorry of the Criminal Investigation Branch (CIB), arrested James Henry WISE, 75-years-old, with First Degree Murder.

The victim, Raymond COLLISON, 59-years-old, of Chesterville, Ontario was reported missing in September 2009 and his remains were later found on April 17, 2014. 

The accused has been remanded into custody and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Cornwall on June 1, 2018.
