CORNWALL, Ontario – Brace yourself for a cheese lover’s paradise.
After months of preparation, a popular cheese factory north of Cornwall is opening a new eatery on Monday, Jan. 12.
The St-Albert Cheese restaurant menu boasts a mouthwatering lineup, including a classic poutine with their famous cheese curds.
According to their website, for the first few weeks, it will be open from 11 a.m. until to 6 p.m. from Saturday to Wednesday and until 8 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
The restaurant is located at 150 St-Paul Street in St-Albert, Ont.
