Join us for the 1920’s Murder Mystery Dinner Theatre event on June 3, 2023
It’s back! We are so excited to announce that the 1920’s Murder Mystery Night in support of the WMDH Foundation will take place on June 3, 2023, at Matilda Community Hall in Dixon’s Corners.
“We are so happy to be able to welcome everyone back to the WDMH Foundation’s signature event,” notes Managing Director Kristen Casselman. “It’s going to be a very fun night and will be different from the galas we’ve hosted in recent years!”
Following the cocktail hour, the main meal will be a delicious four-course, plated dinner by Traiteur La Bonne Bouffe Catering. Fabulous music will be provided by Ice – No Slice. There will also be silent and live auctions with local auctioneer Brendon Scheepers, prizes, raffles, a free photo booth, and much more.
The highlight of the evening will be a spectacular theatre production by Murder on the Funny Side Theatre Productions – “Clues Lead to Murder at the Down Town Abbey” © 2016 by Laurie McRae-Bingley. Throughout the evening, the audience will be kept guessing and may even become part of the plot!
Funds raised will be directed to the Family Care Fund – ‘supporting care for families just like mine’.
“We can’t wait to see everyone again and meet some new people as well!,” adds Kirsten Casselman. “This will be our last gala event for a while as we are putting it on hold in 2024 to try something new. So don’t wait to buy your tickets as they are likely to go quickly.”
Tickets are $105 each. You can purchase them online at https://wdmhfoundation1920smurdermystery.eventbrite.ca or contact Justine Plummer at 613-774-2422 ext. 6172 or jplummer@wdmh.on.ca.
