CHESTERVILLE, Ontario – On Aug. 4, 2018 at approximately 4:36 a.m., Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry (SD&G) Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers responded to a disturbance on Queen Street in North Dundas Township.

Investigation indicated that an altercation occurred between various males. The accused males struck the victims vehicle with a bat and fled the scene.

A 17-year-old male of Casselman, Ontario was arrested and is charged with;

–             Assault with a weapon

–              Fail to comply with Recognizance ( 2 counts)

–               Mischief

He was released and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Cornwall Sept. 6, 2018.

Cody THURLOW, 20, of The Nation, Ontario was arrested and is charged with;

–             Mischief

–             Disguise with intent

He was released and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Morrisburg Sept. 4, 2018.

Shayla RICE (19) of Casselman, Ontario was arrested and is charged with;

–             Mischief

She was released and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Morrisburg Sept. 6, 2018.
