CORNWALL, Ontario – Ashley King, 34, of Cornwall was arrested on Sept. 7, 2017 and charged with break and enter. It is alleged on Sept. 6th, 2017 the woman entered a residence on Pitt Street and removed a quantity of cash.
Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. On Sept. 7, 2017 the woman was located by police, taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on Oct. 12, 2017.
BREACH
CORNWALL, Ontario – Jacob Benoit, 18, of Cornwall was arrested on Sept. 7, 2017 and charged with breach of recognizance for failing to report to police as directed. It is alleged the man failed to report to police on two occasions as per his conditions and an investigation ensued. On Sept. 7, 2017 the man was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.
WARRANT
CORNWALL, Ontario – Devin McAllister, 38, of Cornwall was arrested on Sept. 7, 2017 on the strength of a warrant. It is alleged the man failed to attend court on Sept. 5, 2017 and a warrant was issued for his arrest. On Sept. 7, 2017 the man attended police headquarters to deal with the matter. He was taken into custody on the strength of the warrant and held for a bail hearing.
BREACH
CORNWALL, Ontario – Alexander Snider, 22, of Cornwall was arrested on Sept. 7, 2017 and charged with breach of undertaking for failing to notify a change of address and failing to keep the peace. It is alleged the man failed to notify a change of address during the month of Aug., 2017 and an investigation ensued. During the investigation the man was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on Oct. 12, 2017.
WARRANT
CORNWALL, Ontario – Michael Pare, 48, of Cornwall was arrested on Sept. 7, 2017 on the strength of a warrant. It is alleged on July 10, 2017 the man removed a quantity of merchandise from a Second Street East store making no attempt to pay for the items as he left the store. Police were contacted and a warrant was issued for his arrest. On Sept. 7, 2017 while at police headquarters for an unrelated matter the man was taken into custody on the strength of the warrant and released to appear in court on Oct.. 12, 2017.
IMPAIRED, OVER 80
CORNWALL, Ontario – Andre Paul, 50, of Cornwall was arrested on Sept. 7, 2017 and charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle and over 80. It is alleged on Sept. 7, 2017 the man was operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol in the area of Ninth Street and Cumberland Street. He was taken into custody during a traffic stop, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on Sept. 21, 2017.
