A 24-year-old Cornwall man has been arrested by the Cornwall Police Service for attacking his ex-boyfriend with bear spray September 25.
The accused faces charges of assault with a weapon, administering a noxious substance and five counts of failing to comply with a probation order.
The man’s name was not released to protect the identity of the victim in the matter
