Another leading transportation sector has chosen Cornwall to expand its role in serving Canada’s supply chain sector.
High Energy Transport is launching its new container business and has opened a new facility in the Cornwall Business Park. The state-of-the-art facility will be able to handle 20 and 40 ft containers that can be picked up from or shipped to the Port of Montreal.
“The Cornwall container facility is slated to be fully operational in December 2022 or early January 2023, says Pierre Mousseau, President and CEO of High Energy Transport. “With close coordination and daily hauls between our Bolton Head Office and our new Cornwall warehouse, we can effectively and quickly serve our customers between the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and Montreal.”
It is a homecoming for Mr. Mousseau, who grew up in Cornwall and attended La Citadelle High School.
High Energy Transport will be offering destuffing, warehousing, cross-docking and shipping services to its clients in the Cornwall facility.
“We also have a commercial moving/install division and are ready to serve Cornwall and area for office moves,” adds Mr. Mousseau. “We treat and value every single customer as if they were our very first client.”
