Xavier Mondoux
Peacefully, with loved ones at his side, on Thursday, October 3, 2024 at the age of 89 years.
Loving and devoted husband of Lorraine (née Leroux).
Left to mourn are his children Joanne Mondoux and Mark Mondoux and his three grandchildren.
He will be dearly missed by his friend, caregiver and brother-in-law Richard Leroux (Anne Van Loon) along with many nieces, nephew’s friends and extended family members.
Predeceased by his parents Andre and Amanda (née Boileau) Mondoux. Xavier now joins the rest of his siblings; George, Marie-Jeanne, Hormidas, Alcide, Rose-Alba, Noe, Armand, Adelina, Adrienne, Augustin, Felix, Arthur, Telesphore, Therese and Emery.
Arrangements are under the care and direction of Lahaie & Sullivan Cornwall Funeral Homes, West Branch (613-932-8482).
In following his wishes, cremation has taken place.
An Urn Committal will take place at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 16, 2024 at St. Columbans Cemetery with Father Stephen Gaudet officiating.
As expressions of sympathy, Memorial Donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation, would be appreciated by the family.
