FLARO, Tiffany – Tiffany Dawn Flaro (née Deschamps) at the Cornwall Community Hospital on Friday June 5, 2020 at the age of 42 years. Beloved wife of Reggie Latulippe. Loving mother of Noah. Cherished daughter of Robert and Joyce (née Waldroff) Deschamps. Dear sister of Stacey Deschamps. Sadly missed by her grandparents Lula and late Clifford Waldroff, Anne and late Bruno Deschamps, her grandparents-in-law Cyril Latulippe and Francoise Thibault, her niece Maddie Deschamps (Anthony Cole-Lauzon), her aunt and Godmother Kay Deruchie (Ken), and many other aunts, uncles, and cousins. Cremation has taken place. The Mass of the Resurrection with Commendation and Farewell will be held after Covid restrictions have been lifted.
