Shirley Hall
It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Shirley Hall on Monday October 9, 2023 at the Cornwall Community Hospital at the age of 76 years. Cherished sister of Beverly Holtrop (Anne), Catherine Scott (late Floyd), Linda Riley (Roy), Jean Bostrom and Douglas Hall. Predeceased by her parents Gordon Hall, Edna (née Locey) Hall, her sister Annie Desaulniers (Maurice) and her brothers William (Sandra) and Brian (Janet). Survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and great great nieces and nephews. As a nurse Shirley was a very caring person and carried this over to her personal life as well. She also devoted her time and energy to her Church. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Lahaie & Sullivan Cornwall Funeral Homes West Branch 20 Seventh Street West (613-932-8482). A Celebration of Life will take place on Friday October 20, 2023 at Trinity United Church, 56 Maple Street, Ingleside at 1 p.m. As expression of sympathy donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or Trinity United Church would be appreciated by the family.
