MERCIER, Roger Sr. – on April 22, 2020 at the Cornwall Community Hospital; age of 82 years. Loving father of Andre Mercier (Assitan), Pierrette Kingsberry (Jacques), Guy Mercier, Roger Jr. Mercier (Julie) and the late Luc Mercier (Robert). Cherished grandfather of Christian, Crystal, Jason and Lexi. Beloved great-grandfather of 3. Dear brother of Diane Mercier (Stephane) and brother-in-law of Verna. Predeceased by his parents Eugene and Simone (née Laprade) Mercier. Also predeceased by his siblings Roland Mercier, Robert “Pete” Mercier, Richard Mercier, Maurice Mercier, Michel Mercier and Rollande Gibeault-Poirier. Roger Sr. will be missed by many family and friends. Funeral arrangements under the care and direction of LAHAIE AND SULLIVAN, CORNWALL FUNERAL HOME, WEST BRANCH, 20 Seventh Street West, (613-932-8482).
