BARR, Richard It is with heavy hearts the family of Richard (Rick) Barr announces his passing on February 28 at age 64, Kingston General. Rick will be lovingly remembered by his best friend and wife Patricia Barr (Parisien) of 43 yrs, daughter Sarah Barr of Penticton, BC, Jesse Barr of Kingston. Rick will be sadly missed by his mother Patricia Barr (Quesnel), siblings Linda Gaudet (Charlie), Michael Barr (Carmen) of Cornwall, Dolores Barr (Mike Roy) of Newington. Predeceased by father Francis Dean Barr. Leaves behind numerous nieces, nephews extended family and friends. A light lunch on Saturday, March 2 from 1-4pm.
