It is with broken hearts that we announce the passing of Rene Leger on Thursday February 8th, 2024 at his residence at the age of 86 years. Beloved husband for 66 years of Lillian Leger (nee Sabourin). Loving father of Rick Leger of Cornwall, Linda Urgolo (Piero) of Ottawa and Marc Leger (Joanne) of Summerstown. Cherished grandfather of Alexis Leger (Brendan Cain) and Carli Leger (Eric Bowman), David Urgolo (Chelsey), Claudia Lavictoire (Kevin) and the late Sara Urgolo, Brianna and Cody Leger. Dear brother of Donald Leger (Armande) of Montreal, QC. Rene is predeceased by his parents Donat and Yvette Leger (nee Lauzon) and by his brother Gerald Leger.
