It is with broken hearts that we announce the passing of Pauline Proulx (née Cousineau) on Monday, June 10th, 2024 surrounded by her loving family in Gatineau, Quebec at the age of 93 years. Beloved wife of the late Rolland Proulx. Loving mother of Paul Proulx (Ginette). Cherished grandmother of Stéphane Proulx (Kristelle) and Mélanie Proulx (Jérémie) and great-grandmother of Xavier, Kayden, Mia, Camilia and Cédrik. Dear sister of Henry Cousineau (Simone) and Claude Cousineau (Madeleine). She is predeceased by her parents Amédée and Albertine Cousineau (née Marion) and by her brother Réjean Cousineau (Claire). Loving aunt, godmother and friend.
Visitation will take place on Wednesday, June 19th, 2024 at Wilson Funeral Home, 822 Pitt Street, Cornwall, ON from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. and from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, June 20th, 2024. Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Thursday, June 20th, 2024 at 11 a.m. in Nativity Church. Interment to follow in Notre Dame Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy Memorial Donations to the Alzheimer’s Society can be made in Pauline’s Memory.
