Mrs. Margaret Rose Thompson peacefully, at home in Cornwall on Monday April 27, 2020 at the age of 82 years. Margaret was a loving, selfless woman who adored her husband, children and grandchildren. Her fun, carefree outlook on life, laughter and passion for family get-togethers will be deeply missed. Beloved wife of 60 years to Morris (Moe) Thompson. Loving mother of Perry (Wanda), Michael (Judith), Randy (Heather), Richard (Pam), and the late Jeffrey (Christine). Also survived by her 11 loving grandchildren Danica, Kyle, Marina, Samantha, Taylor, Maureen, Cameron, Kaitlyn, Cassandra, Emma and Miya. She was the loving daughter of the late William “Bill” and Liliane (née Doré) Legault. Dear sister of Frances Bray (late Arthur), Cécile Legault, Rachelle Barry (Bernard), Denise Rowe (Pat), Robert (Trish). Predeceased by her siblings Bruno (Jacqueline), Edouard (Antoinette), Marcel (Dolores), Maurice (Thérèse), Roland (Pat), Elizabeth Lefebvre (late Francis “Babe”), and Jacqueline James (Welland). Fondly remembered by many brothers and sisters-in-law, and many nieces and nephews. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at a later date with Interment in Woodlawn Cemetery, Cornwall.
