At Chartwell Lancaster on Wednesday, February 19, 2020. Margaret Gunn (nee Pidgeon); age 87 years. Beloved wife of the late Walter Gunn (2003). Loving mother of Dan (Monique), Sheila Leger (Raymond), Darlene Laframboise (late Gordon), Billy (Lilly), Larry (Sharon Tyo), Diane Gunn, Alan, Carol Gunn (John Goyer) and Barry (Bonnie Pattingale). Predeceased by her parents Albert Pidgeon and Donalda MacCuaig; also by one son Garry and infant son Joseph. Dear sister of Pauline MacDonald (Angus). Margaret was proud of her 17 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may call at the Munro & Morris Funeral Homes Ltd., 46 Oak St. Lancaster (613-347-3629) on Thursday, March 19, 2020 from 9:30 am until 11 am. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel of the Munro & Morris Funeral Home on Thursday, March 19, 2020 at 11 am. Spring interment of cremated remains in St. Joseph’s cemetery. As expressions of sympathy Memorial Donations to the Kidney Foundation would be appreciated by the family. As a Memorial to Margaret a tree will be planted in a memory woods.
