BACHAND-ROWLAND, Jeannine Marie Estelle Therese – Quietly passed away of a brief illness at CCH on Friday, May 17, 2019. She was 84 years old. Lovingly remembered by her partner and sweetheart Richard Lecompte, and her children, Constance Sutter (Allan), Jennifer Brown-Major (Brian), Sheela St. Louis (Daryl Smith), Laura Brown (Narendra Budhia), Christopher Bachand-Lauko (Pride Bagde), James Deneault (Melanie Tomczak).
