GRANT, Heather – At the Cornwall Community Hospital on Saturday, May 9, 2020. Heather Isabel Grant (nee MacGregor) of Cornwall; age 78 years. Beloved wife of the late William Grant. Loving mother of William “Billy” Grant, Derek Grant (Sandra), Shona D’Alessio (Rodney), and Mari Grant-McDonell (John) all of Cornwall, and her late infant son Garry. Cherished grandmother of Shane Grant, Ryan D’Alessio, Heather D’Alessio, Bailie Grant, Isabel McDonell, and William McDonell. Dear sister of Yvonne Wannop (late Judd) of Connecticut, and Jennifer Benoit of Cornwall. Predeceased by her brother Robert MacGregor (Marlene of Cornwall), her sister Shirley Herdman (Sean of Ingleside), and by her parents Alexander and Rachel MacGregor (nee Laidlaw). Cremation has taken place, and a celebration of her life will be celebrated at a later date. Arrangements are under the care and direction of the Wilson Funeral Home, 822 Pitt St. Cornwall (613-938-3888).
