EAMER, Glenn – It is with great sadness that the family of Glenn Ross Eamer announces his passing at the Ottawa Hospital – General Campus on Friday February 28, 2020 at the age of 69 years. Glenn will be lovingly remembered by his brother Robert Eamer (Brenda) and sister Diana Freeman (Rob). Glenn is predeceased by parents Roger Ross and Mabel Nora (née Rainey) Eamer. Dear brother of June Alice Lepage (Ed), Ethel Fay Beckwith (Ed) and Laurent Pilon (Vancouver). He is survived by his special friend and Soul Mate Lucie Martel. Glenn will be fondly remembered by several nieces, nephews and their families. Resting at the Wilson Funeral Home, Boulerice Centre, 218 Montreal Road, Cornwall where visitation will be held Thursday March 5, 2020 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM, Friday March 6, 2020 9- 10:45 AM. A celebration of his life will be held in the chapel of the funeral home on Friday March 6, 2020 at 11:00 AM. Major Geoff Groves from The Salvation Army officiating. Spring interment will take place in Martin Cemetery, Newington Ontario. In lieu of flowers contributions to Shriner’s Hospital, Muscular Dystrophy, Salvation Army or The Ottawa Heart Institute would be appreciated by the family.
