Gérald was predeceased by his wife Françoise Cholette (née Bourck). Stepfather to Patricia Bourck of the greater Montreal region. Dear brother to Colette Vachon (late Wilfrid) of Glen Robertson and Maurice Cholette (Marie) of Rigaud.
