BIRO, Elizabeth With great sadness, her family announces that Elizabeth passed away peacefully, on Sunday, August 25, 2019 at the age of 89. She is reunited with her beloved husband of 68 years, Tibor Biro (2018). Loving mother of Robert (Linda), Tibor “Ted” (Sylvie) and Joe (Viera). Proud Mama to grandchildren; Tamara, Shaun, Suzzanne, Kristina, Nikki (Jim), Joey, Kyla and great-grandchildren; Tyler, Jameson, Abby, Robyn and Ben. She will also be lovingly remembered by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Elizabeth immigrated to Canada in 1937 and over the last 70 years has lived in the Montreal area, Windsor and Cambridge. She enjoyed needlepoint, cooking and playing cards but the most important thing in her life was taking care of her family. In accordance with her wishes, cremation has taken place and a private family interment service will take place in Windsor. As expressions of sympathy, donations in her memory to the Salvation Army would be appreciated by the family. Arrangements entrusted to the M. John Sullivan Funeral Home (613) 938-1039 and T.
