Edgar Barlow Hughes, age 99 of Cornwall, Ontario passed away on November 26th. Edgar is predeceased by his wife Rita, his father Clifford, his mother Alice (nee Dawson), his sister Lillian and brother Raymond. Edgar is predeceased by daughters Alice, Carol, Margaret, Sarah and son David. Edgar is survived by his son Edgar Alan.
