SMITH, Douglas – Mr. Douglas Smith at Glen Stor Dun Lodge on Tuesday March 5, 2019 at the age of 89 years. Beloved husband of Donalda “Donnie” Smith (née Grant). Loving father of Allan (Sandra) and Grant Smith. Sadly missed by his grandchildren Shauna Ouellette (Brad), Mallory, Leonard (Leah), Zachary, Duncan (Anna), Maggie, Evan, and Caroline and his great-grandchildren Carter, Madeleine, and Lincoln. Predeceased by his siblings William, Jean Munroe, Helen Bryant, and Margaret Gowen, and his parents Herbert and Gertrude (née McArthur) Smith. In keeping with his wishes there will be no visitation. Cremation has taken place. Committal and a celebration of life at a later date. If so desired contributions in his memory to the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
