Peacefully at the Glengarry Memorial Hospital on Sunday, March 17, 2019. Dorothy Dewar (nee Blanchard) of Lancaster; age 88 years. Beloved wife of the late Beryl Dewar. Predeceased by her parents Henry Blanchard and May Hanton; and her daughter Denise Dewar. Dear sister of late Joan Heinmiller (late George), late Theresa Boucher (late Lionel), late Jacqueline Caya (late Leo), late Henry Jr. (Edith), late Margaret Richard (Paul), Marlene Goulette (late Richard), Robert (Doreen) and Barbara Trudel (Jacques). Dorothy will be missed by many nieces, nephews, and friends. Funeral arrangements under the care and direction of the Munro & Morris Funeral Homes Ltd, 46 Oak Street, Lancaster, Ontario, 613-347-3629. A private committal of cremated remains will take place in Quebec come springtime.
