At the Cornwall Community Hospital on Thursday March 28, 2019, age 89 years. Wife of the late Rheal Lalonde, Frederick (Fred) Adelore Brown and Ranald MacDonald. Loving Mother of Patsy Snetsinger (David) of Iroquois, Lillian Dumond (late Nelson) of Cornwall and Greg Brown (Lise) of Monkland. Predeceased by daughters Debra MacDonald, Linda Vreman (Robert), Elaine Sanders (Henk) and Katherine MacDonald. Survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Daughter of the late John T. Quesnel and the late Pearl Sauvé (Quesnel). Predeceased by 3 sisters Theresa Boisvenue, Ida Gilmore, Pearl Forgues and 1 brother Leo Quesnel. Resting at LAHAIE & SULLIVAN CORNWALL FUNERAL HOMES, East Branch, 614 First Street East (613-933-2841) on Wednesday, April 10, 2019 from 11 am. A Service in Memory of Cecile will be held in the Memorial Chapel of the Funeral Home on Wednesday at 1 pm.
