It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Bill Carter on Tuesday June 25, 2024 at home in Ingleside at the age of 86. Beloved husband of the late Diane Carter (nee Gowsell). Loving father of Jeff Carter (Leigh-Ann) of Ingleside, and the late Steven Carter (Erin of Ingleside).
