It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Basil Alguire on Sunday, July 14, 2024 at Cornwall Community Hospital at the age of 93. Beloved husband of the late Joan Alguire (née Laplante). Loving father of Gwilda Rheault (late Gilbert), Rexford Alguire (Anne), Kent Alguire (late Lynne) and Trudy Riviere (Dean). Survived by many loving grand and great grandchildren, and his closest friend Winona Johnston.
