CORNWALL, Ontario – The United Way will be kicking off the holiday season with their 6th annual Holiday Wine and Gourmet Tastings event sponsored by Xplornet! The event is being hosted at NAV Centre on November 24th. This year’s event is titled “I Believe…” and will boast a classic holiday theme.
The evening begins with wine tastings, a signature cocktail bar, and gourmet tastings from NAV Centre’s Chef Luc. His menu is sure to impress and will have a classic holiday taste.
Not only will be inspired by the food and wines; you will be entertained by The Magic of David Jans. He will be touring the room captivating you with his magic tricks! You will also want to cross your fingers for good luck; with the purchase of every ticket you are automatically entered into draws for diamond stud earrings, and designer Coach wallets with a $1000 cash inside. You will also have the opportunity to purchase tickets to win wine for a year; one lucky guest will walk away with 52 bottles of wine from around the world!
There will also be a silent and live auction, some of the live auction items include: an Adrenaline Rush Experience for 2, Sailing on the St. Lawrence, a Hot Tub, Huff Estates Getaway, and a Take Home Chef & Magic Man!
At 10pm the cash bar will open up and so will the dance floor with live music from the Kealy All Star Band – better known as the Dueling Pianos! Be sure to grab your dancing shoes, and your tickets soon!
