The Cornwall Police Service has charged a 33-year-old Cornwall woman with fraud, theft and failing to comply with a probation order and an undertaking. It is alleged that July 29, the woman fraudulently used her grandfather’s credit card, and July 31 stole an item from her mother’s residence. The accused’s name was not released in order to protect the identity of the victims.
