Last weeks article in Scuttlebutt had Brian Greenway, NOT Myles Goodwyn photo in the death notice. Brian is very much ALIVE and is the only remaining April Wine member since 1977. He also fronts his own classic rock and vintage blues band, Brian Greenway´s Blues Bus. We apologize for the mistake. Here is the correct photo and writeup.
“Rock Music Loses a Pioneer: Myles Goodwyn of April Wine Passes at 75 Myles Goodwyn, the former frontman of the iconic rock band April Wine, has died at the age of 75. Roy “Nip” Nichol, hailing from Cornwall, became a member of April Wine in 2012. In 2014, the band delivered a memorable performance at the Kinsmen Cornwall Lift-Off’s 20th Anniversary.”
