CORNWALL, Ontario – Three goals in the final four minutes of the 3rd period pushed the Colts to a 5-3 victory over Smiths Falls at the Ed Lumley Arena Thursday night.
Jeremy Quesnel and Ethan Mulhearn led the Colts offence with each player picking up a goal and two assists. Isaac Testani, David Poirier and Justin McRae also scored.
The Colts outshot the Bears 40-27 with Michael Carr picking up the win in goal.
The Colts record improves to 5-8-2-0 for 12 points and into a 4 way tie for 6th place in the CCHL standings.
The Cornwall Toyota Hardest Working Player of the game was Jeremy Quesnel.

The Colts next game is Sunday when the play the Lasers in Kanata. Game time is 4:30pm at the Kanata Rec Centre.
The Colts return home next Thursday, October 18th to host the Carleton Place Canadians. Game time is 7:30pm at the Ed Lumley Arena.
