QUEBEC – Sean Brennan, 29, who had escaped from the Philippe-Pinel psychiatric institute on Monday, Jan. 22 was found in LaSalle, QC.
Brennan was found by the Montreal police on Wednesday, Jan. 24.
The Sûreté du Québec (SQ) had warned that Brennan could be headed to Alexandria, ON.
Brennan was being held at the Philippe-Pinel psychiatric institute after he was found not criminally responsible in the stabbing death of Bryan Bougie in 2011. Brennan had stabbed Bougie 91 times.
