Linda Wales-McDonell, President, RCAFA Wing 424 unveiled her new Executive and a new vision for the future of the historic club.
“The objective is to make sure our Club is one of the best in the area”, the newly elected President stated. “This Wing is of great historical, military and cultural significance. Over the years, more and more people are coming here to socialize and rely on each other for camaraderie”, she went on to state.
“Yes, we will be preserving and promoting our military traditions but we will also be focusing on the business side of things, such as hours of operation, entertainment, menu choices, etc.”, she stated.
As her first official public statement, President Wales-McDonell invites everyone to stop by the Wing on Canada Day to celebrate and witness for themselves a new sense of excitement and enthusiasm.
