CORWNALL, Ontario – Joshua Sabourin, 25, of Cornwall was arrested on June 22, 2018 and charged with take motor vehicle without consent, possession of methamphetamine (speed) and breach of probation for failing to keep the peace.
It is alleged on June 22, 2018 the man took a motor vehicle without permission and police were contacted to investigate. During the investigation the man was located by police, taken into custody and found to be in possession of a quantity of speed. He was charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.
