CORNWALL, Ontario – Mark Tyo, 33, and Maria Zwicker, 31, of Cornwall were arrested on June 28, 2018 and charged with theft under $5,000.
Mark Tyo was also charged with breach of undertaking for failing to keep the peace. It is alleged on June 26 and 27, 2018 the man and woman attended a Ninth St. business and removed merchandise, making no attempt to pay for the items as they left the store. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. On June 28, 2018, they were taken into custody and charged accordingly. The man was released to appear in court on July 31, 2018 and the woman was released to appear in court on August 2, 2018.
