Cornwall, Ont – Monday, June 13, 2022 – Martin Bélanger – After several discussions with race teams and promoters involved, it was decided to postpone the series that included 9 events to 2023.
The uncertainty with the tire shortage for the upcoming months along with the gas prices that are continuing to rise at a record pace was the main part for promoter to postpone to next year. The interest from race teams in following the whole series had also declined significantly in the last few weeks mainly due to gas prices.
The promoters from all 9 tracks will reconvene in early Fall 2022 to build a schedule that will be solid and without any date conflict to maximize participation by all teams.
We apologize to everyone who had interest in this series and we are looking forward to 2023.
