CORNWALL, Ontario – Both the Catholic District School Board of Eastern Ontario (CDSBEO) and the Upper Canada District School Board (UCDSB), shared on Twitter Sunday night that buses for their schools would be cancelled for Monday, Jan.21, 2019
“Due to extremely cold temperatures and high wind chills expected tomorrow — Monday, Jan. 21 — all transportation for #UCDSB schools will be cancelled. This is out of concern for the safety of students who would be waiting for buses in the extreme cold. All schools will be open,” the UCDSB shared on Twitter.
According to The Weather Network the high temperature for Monday will be -19, but it will feel like -29 with the wind.
