Cornwall Police Service has charged a 44-year-old Cornwall man with forcible confinement, domestic assault and uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm.
The man was arrested after, on March 19, he allegedly barricaded his girlfriend in a room, assaulted her and made threats to kill the woman. His name was not released in order to protect the identity of the victim.
