Michael Mantle, 54, of Cornwall, was arrested by the Cornwall Police Service Sept. 23, and charged with assault with a weapon, mischief and failing to comply with a probation order. It is alleged the man, who was bound by a probation order to keep the peace and be of good behaviour, threw an object at an individual and damaged his property.
