“Due to unforeseen weather related hazards, the delivery of Seaway News and the Ad Bag has been delayed overnight.
Therefore the delivery of the paper is running a half day behind. Publisac has all crews out, including rural drivers, to get the work done efficiently and quickly. Excessive ice has hampered delivery over the past few weeks. Seaway News understands the difficulty in the delivery system and the safety of our carriers is our utmost concern. These weather conditions that our carriers have been facing for the past month may continue throughout the winter season.”
